Hi Guys,

This question might have sprung up earlier and my apology if that was the case.

Could someone tell me how a Sole Trader could safeguard his business name because a self employed person need not register his business name with Company House. Trade marking his logo or business name will be very expensive.

Any feedback will be much appreciated.

Regards
