I have an electrical box where one side is protruding about 1/3 of an inch away from the wall. How can I get the protruding side pushed back in?

some pictures would help us a lot.

San Antonio, Texas.

The protruding side could be down to the fixings given way, or an obstruction on the wall not letting it go back.
Agree, we need to see photo.
