Hi guys, been asked to give a quote on testing pull cord facilities in retirement homes but have no idea what the Base rate roughly is for doing this?

Each bungalow has a small main unit (tynetec), bathroom pull cord, smoke alarm attached and the wireless pendant for residents.

If anyone can give me an idea on the rates for testing thelse I would appreciate it.

Thanks

i'd charge a normal call-out fee ( £40 ish ) to cover up to 30mins on site, then hourly rate at 30 min increments if more time required. obviously if you are doing several homes in the same area, this can be discounted. also dependent on what paperwork/certificates are requested by client.
