PV30 Toolkit

Hi,

Does anyone know if the PV30 toolkit has to be calibrated annually? Can't see anything in the paperwork.

Hi John,

Are you MCS accredited? If so then you will need to prove that your instruments are reading within specification with a calibration certificate when you are assessed.

It is good practice to keep the units calibrated. Alternatively, depending on the calibration cost of the irradiance meter, it could work out cheaper to purchase a new tester that is supplied with a calibration certificate.

That suppose to reduce CO2 footprint???
No time in history of human been more wast-full then we are now. Especially develop country.
Trow away society is definitely no way forward.

I have just booked it in to get calibrated. If it is like everything else it probably has to be done annually.
