Would normally expect when wiring ring mains
nowadays for data serving equipment to use high integrity
earthing.
Is the following true:
If the following applies you don't have to do it:

1.Use of a Rcbo as long as the Rcbo is 30ma rated
and the earth leakage current expected will not be
greater than 25% of the Rcbo rated trip current.

2.Limit the number of outlets to a minimum on the ring
when knowing the number to use when knowing the earth leakage at each point.

----------------
Can earth leakage from other circuits say high
frequency lighting create a hazard to other circuits
Should high frequency lighting circuits be questioned
to see if they require high integrity earthing.

Yes I understand that high integrity earthing is based upon the assumption that a larger conductor would have
a greater mechanical reliability as would 2 individual conductors connected to 2 individual terminals at every
point they utilize.
Also duplicate conductors of which one maybe suitable steel conduit or the like.
I only pose the original question as a devils advocate.
