So these conductors are bunched along with the supply neutral at the main terminal and not the neutral bar, does the board have a main switch.

Hi, a previous engineer has I assume carried out a test and the 1st two circuits, Fridge and Smoke Alarms, they have decided to put these two on RCBO's. The board only has two Neutral bars for the two RCD's (this is a dual RCD board) they have terminated the neutral leads in with the 16mm Tail incomer in the main switch?

Ah I get it now. What has been done is incorrect, the consumer unit has been altered beyond the manufacturers instructions and the main switch no longer fully isolates the neutral conductors.
