Has this just started recently?

A 30mA RCCB might be quite low for a motor inverter drive that probably has quite a lot of filtering for EMC reasons, or it might already be dealing with leakage from other circuits. What does the data sheet for the drive say about leakage currents?

lots of inverters state in the instructions not suitable for rcd supply.
not only can they cause nuisance tripping they can also prevent the rcd from working correctly due to dc leaking back to supply.
