Hello all.....
Have any of you had any dealings with rcd fused spurs?
should they have the same triping features etc as C/U rcds? ie 0.4s, the one I have installed is a 30m/a one.

I have not fitted one of these before so would be interested in your views and opinions.

thanks, Ross.

RCDs for personal protection should be 30ma. so yes 30ma is fine.

the RCD at 5x the Operating current (150ms for a 30ma RCD) should be less then 40ms, at 1x should be less than 300ms.

the 0.4s and 5s etc... is nothing to do with RCD
