Hi New to electricians forums,

I need to issue an electrical installation certificate for the addition of a 3 phase D/B to an existing installation

I gone back to the mains and recorded all earthing/bonding. no problem.(Switch room 1).

The new DB is fed from a fused switch locate in switch room 2

However i need to record the test results for the new DB (located in NEW switch room 3). 16mm SWA + seperate 16mm cpc with 80A main switch. How do i do this?
