Morning Chaps

A customer has asked me to install a Carbon Monoxide alarm in his boiler room so that when CO2 is detected it switches off his boilers and also then illuminates a light on the other end of the building.

I was thinking on the lines of a relay..... but which one??

Could someone please point me in the right direction.

Regards
Mark
