Rako are nice and easy and more importantly reliable have been using them for years. Rako Lighting, Modules and Controllers

Another vote for RAKO here. Although, another worth considering is the GetSmart system - I think this is now called Sphere ?
Both are a bit more complicated for installation than the Varilight dimmers as they're not just a straightforward replacement of an existing dimmer switch.
