Replacing light bulb in exterior up and down wall light

Hi, I'm trying to replace the bulb in an exterior up and down wall light (photos attached). It doesn't seem to take GU10 bulbs. Has anyone ever come across this type of fitting before?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

The light fitting has built in leds.

As above, it doesn't look like it uses replaceable lamps.

As above - it's integrated to the fitting and not designed to be swapped out.

Thanks, so no way to replace it the bulb do I'll need to put in a new unit?
