Good morning chaps. Needing some guidance if poss. Looking to replace an existing storage heater in a living room with a panel heater, but looking for something which will give max heat but with max efficiency too. The room is 5m x 5m x 2.5m. Thinking 2.5/3kW possibly, or equivalent.
Can anyone recommend one please...? Thanks in advance.

When consulting on heating the size of the room is helpful, but the type of property, approx age of property? type of roof?, number of outside walls? are important to know

Murdoch, sorry. Was just having a laugh. The room is 5m x 5m. Usual height (2.4m?). The flat is at the top of a block of flats, flat roof, 3 outside walls. Concrete floor with a floating floor on the top.
I saw a formula on one site which said to take the floor area and multiply it by 10 to give you an ideal wattage of heater. This would make it 250W. Clearly, that's wrong.
There is currently one 13A spur there with a timed supply which it's intended, will be changed to a 24hr supply.
