Discuss RFC using conduit as cpc in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

What is the best way to confirm r2 and R1+R2 when the circuit is routed in conduit and this is used as the cpc?

I have used wander lead and got continuity at all points on the circuit for the cpc.

rn and r1 are within 0.03 of each other so no problem there.

just how to confirm that the circuit is wired correctly?

Hope this makes sense!!

What is the best way to confirm r2

Youve already done it by doing this vvvv

I have used wander lead and got continuity at all points on the circuit for the cpc.

just record the highest resistance value ( from usually the furthest point ) from the wander lead test on the certs r2 box.

Sorry not replied earlier but not been near computer.

Thanks for the replies yes it was for an eicr and was having a blonde moment!!!

Thanks again

Kevinfran, looking good with the blonde hair :) seriousely though only an R2 reading could be taken.. as you now know..
