Hello,

Long time lurker here, so thanks for all your advice in the past.

I'm due to install a ring floodlight on the rear of my property, which currently has no external power.

I plan on chasing an FCU in to the bedroom wall, fed off the upstairs ring final. This I plan on sticking a 5A fuse in to. I then plan on surface mounting rubber flex along the wall to the ring floodlight.

The problem is the floodlight only allows rear entry, the instructions mention using a 4inch round junction box to facilitate the cable run, then screwing the floodlight directly to this. However, I can't find anything suitable in width or IP rating.

Has anyone fitted one?

Any suggestions please?

Cheers
