soon to be moving into a new house fitted wit e7 storage heaters + immersion heater, so have been looking into getting rointe electric heating in, however there after looking at previous threads there seems to be some controversey surrounding the subject the "all heaters are 100% efficient" argument for example (which i beleive to be untrue). dont want to start a debate would just like to get some feedback from people who have put them in or maybe even have/use them, like how much do they acctually cost to heat an average house also are the water heaters/boilers any good?

fitted some on a job recently customer supplied them nice and easy to fit not sure about performance tho customer going to keep an eye on consumption and let me know. got to be better than storage heaters tho

The heaters themselves are great - look good, produce heat very quickly and are an installers dream. As to the claims they make..... I know Dimplex are on the warpath with them over this (see this months Voltimum) but ultimately it's all just sales talk. Since when did you ever get the text book fuel consumption from your car? Precisely. I think it's all things relative, and they are almost certainly no more expensive to operate than any likely alternative.
