has the rule of thumb changed in the 17th Edition for the measured earth fault loop impedance values??

i'm looking through some course notes for the 17th (trying to swot up on any major changes) and it's multiplying the figure by 0.8, with respect to the 16th it was three quarters (or 0.75)

anyone done the refresher/update/17th regs course and knows the answer?

cheers
