Satellite versus co axial cable

Hi All

I have a reel of satellite cable sitting in my shed and i need to put up a digital terrestrial aerial on my home.

Can I use this satellite cable or not? And if not can someone tell me the difference between the two types of cable please?

Sat cable is better grade as it is shielded.

You can use it wherever you would use normal coax.
