Just a quick question, in the general section of this form,

1. presence of under voltage protective devices, there are passive rcds on the cu and no dol starter, I've put n/a for this

2. Connection of single pole devices for protection or switching in line conductors only, all sockets used where DP so I've put n/a for this

3. Particular protective measures for special locations and installations, there is sup bonding to bath so I was ticking this.

Finally routing of cables In Prescribed zones, does this relate to 150mm from ceiling, 150mm from sides etc? And if I'd laid them not in those zones I put n/a?

Cheers guys

Just a quick question, in the general section of this form,

1. presence of under voltage protective devices, there are passive rcds on the cu and no dol starter, I've put n/a for this.....would apply only to devices which do not reset automatically on a loss of voltage

2. Connection of single pole devices for protection or switching in line conductors only, all sockets used where DP so I've put n/a for this Are there no single pole devices at all...what about mcb's and light switches?

3. Particular protective measures for special locations and installations, there is sup bonding to bath so I was ticking this.If there is a special location covered by the cert then this applies...only tick if requirements are in place

Finally routing of cables In Prescribed zones, does this relate to 150mm from ceiling, 150mm from sides etc?...and directly in line with an accessory etc And if I'd laid them not in those zones I put n/a?NO!...buried cables must be routed in safe zones or have suitable earthed mechanical protection....if you have installed cables outside these zones without protection this would be a departure

Cheers guys
