Hi,

I recently bought a Seaward Primetest 100 which comes with a semi rigid carry case.

I was just wondering if anyone has got one of these carry cases as the one I have is completely knackered AND I have not even used it as only 2 days old - the Zips are not working (it does not close).

Wondered if anyone has had the same problem and if they manage to get a replacement carry case sent out.

I just paid top money for the unit and dont want to send the whole kit back as am using the PAT tester already - so was wondering if contacting Seaward directly and explaining to them my situation would possibly end up with them sending me a new carry case out with no cost to me.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Chris

Could also take a few pics of the case.

when I received my seaward europa plus the bag was all falling apart internally. All the stray threads were all over the place. Seaward replaced it after a couple of phone calls.

Replaced mine too on the Seaward 220 - however - I have one spare because I carry my testers in a spongey box these days so if you are deperate - GWO but used obviously. I had to test a lot of appliances to pay for a peli case after all.
