Hi People quick question regarding there policy. I spent over 100000k in a month with them but they only gave me a discount of 2% and i was told they only do it on a monthly basis, Is this correct as it makes a bigger difference to the bottom line.

I cant wait till the suppliers start phoning - some of the treatment ive had over the last few weeks is going make me feel good about messing them about - it was the bullish attitude that we needed them more than they need us by some of them.

We've been with Segen from the start, we use other suppliers too but we get a decent discount off decent prices and their service is pretty good too. We've always had our increases linked to monthly spend , they reward loyalty and you have access to the portal 24/7 which is dead handy. They were the last wholesaler to reduce their credit limits and the first of the ones I dealt with to be re-stocked.

They aren't perfect, but anyone who supplied marginally cheaper provided the most appalling service - I'll be sticking with Segen for the forseeable.
