Hi, i have only been up and running 6 months but am looking to re mortgage early next year. as it stands dont have a set of books but healthy accounts so far.
anyone got any contacts used previously for similar?

thanks in advance Shane

I think you’ll be best placed speaking to a mortgage adviser local to you. I’m pretty sure most lenders like to see 2 years worth of earnings.

in current climate banks are very careful with lending. That said if you go to the usual high street bank they will want between 1 and 4 years accounts depending on profession.
As mentioned your best bet is to speak to a mortgage advisor as they have access to 100s of mortgages that you and i would never get to see or hear about and usually have a point of contact rather than a computer to speak to and sort out the nitty gritty.

Be better off robbing the bank at the moment mate, as above 4 years books is standard on the high street....there are others but you’ll pay higher fees and rates normally
