Shotgun coax as RCA/AV cable

Anyone know if WEBRO BSKYB Twin 63-008A (Sky+ shotgun coax) would be any good for running a single (mono) line audio signal and a composite video source?

I want to use it in my car to run audio from head unit to amplifier and from reverse camera to head unit.

ANY screened cable will do as its only a few metres.
