Hi all its late and i`m tired:confused:,

Just fitted a new shower in my own house, question is, i have installed a new circuit for shower.
can i get away with a minor works?
been so long since i`ve just installed one circuit anywhere i cant remember if it`a minor works, or full EIC cert.
and to tired to look it up!

Thx all

No you need an EIC.

what sintra said EIC. get your pen out.

yes and no. you have to test the installation, i.e. earthing, bonding, Ze , your new circuit. you do not have to test other circuits, so your scheduile of tests will only have the one circuit parameters.

thanks yes i remember now :p,minor works certs are for alterations. phew for a horrible moment i thought i`d have to do the whole lot.

as it's your own house, i'm surprised you don't want to do a full installation test for your own peace of mind.
