need some help with a light circuit, we have 2 of them klik ceiling rose lights on its own circuit with 1switch and an emergency key switch.

Both lights operate on and off when the switches are opened and closed however the em light battery kicks in whenever you switch the lights off so acting as if there is a power failure every time. Obviously it needs to be off but then only operate the backup battery when the emergency key switch is operated.

Novice problem probably but anyone help with this? Thanks

The permanent supply is being switched. It shouldn't be until the test switch key is operated.

It's wired incorrectly.

I suspect the lives are either connected wrong in the switches or Klix plugs/sockets. Easy fix for an electrician.
