Has anyone had any experience of using these?? Any good??

Got a customer who wants to put a 3 phase 11kw chicken rotisserie into a shop with only a single phase consumer unit and doesn't want to spend 10 grand on getting a new supply.

Doubt a static inverter will be suitable so you would need a rotary converter and 50-60A to run it.

Make sure his existing supply will handle the extra 50 Amps. Rewire/reconfigure the elements for 230v and replace the drive motor with a single phase and rewire accordingly if necessary.

A care home I do work for has a rotary converter to save installing a 3-phase supply. It is horribly noisy. Would have been far better to replace or convert the 3-phase equipment to single phase.
