Only reason I can see is if accessories might be changed to those with metallic enclosures in the future and then you'd need to pull a CPC in which would be a big hassle?
No sockets, just lights which are supplied with 2 core flex, Ansell 50w led floods.....linked by PVC conduit, fully enclosed to wiska boxes ......

What reg is that? I thought it would be in there but having to pull it in and not terminate it till the last point where it's cut off seems pointless other than recording my Zs which is pointless in a fully insulated installation......bit like adding a metal earth pin to a double insulated appliance 3 pin plug top....
