SkyHD and Cat 5

Hi all, for those in the know this could be a really stupid question! I have a customer whose incoming satellite connection is in a service cupboard.....not really convenient given his Sky box/tv are some 15m away. It's a top floor flat with no access via ceiling and extremely difficult under floor access. However, there is a data outlet at both the services cupboard and near the tv.
So, the question - is there any way to use the Cat5 cable to connect the satellite incomer to the Sky box?

I used the older version of these to send Sky HD over one cat5. It sends full hd over cat5 and it also transmits the signals from the remote so you can turn change channels.
