Sma installer 7000hv setup to offgrid mode

Hello, i have a sunny mini central 7000hv and i would like to use it in offgrid mode.
I live on a boat not connected to grid and i'm not an installer, so i would like to ask for some sunny solar installer here, even a outdated sma grid code, (as i will not connect anything to my inverter, it will not be checked by anyone.) or the way to get it in offgrid mode without grid guard code. That's the same for me..

To operate the inverter in an off-grid system with Sunny Island, you must set the "Default" parameter
to stand-alone grid ("OFF-Grid") operation.
You have two options to set the inverter to stand-alone grid operation:
• Setting via Sunny WebBox
or
• Setting via Sunny Explorer.

I do not have webconnect, so i bought piggyback bluetooth.
Conjection is ok through sunny explorer but i don't have such a parameter free to modify.

What us the parameter to change?
