New (EDF) installation. Issue 2 meter. Installed both gas and electric.
Meter only shows electricity consumption, nothing at all on gas?
Any idea if this is just setup or a faulty installation please?

Getting both services running requires both correct set-up and commissioning by the installation engineer, and the suppliers 'back office' computer system being set up properly too.
And of course the gas meter transmission being received by the electricity meter for onward transmission - there's generally a little row of led's on the meter that show what's happening.

I had exactly the issue you are having, and it took a couple of weeks before it was resolved. There was nothing wrong with our installation, it was all to do with the processing of data on the central computer system not being set up correctly.
It all came alive after a couple of phone calls to EDF!
