Socket hieght in sunroom cannot be above 450mm

I'm currently doing a rewire in a house that is being renovated with an extension which will be a sun room, but there are large windows all the way around the room and the highest I can get sockets is 400mm to the top.

Can you still wire the sockets and add in a departure for the certificate? Or does anyone have any ideas to what could be done.

Socket heights (part M) only apply to new build.

I take it the cable runs will be in the plasterwork & not run around the cavity as was common practice with conservatories?

The cables will still be ran in the stud work, wouldn't run any cables in a cavity.

If the wall isn't 450mm high then the sockets can't be fitted 450mm high. Common sense should apply surely.
