socket in toilet no w/basin, or bath or tap or shower!!

Hi guys, My common sense says that if there is no tap, w/basin, bath or shower i.e. just a toilet, then having a double socket on the wall at 230 cm high position should be ok. Any suggestions or comments please?!!

A simple W/C is not a special location so there no issues with ahving that socket there.

Just read the post on w/machine in toilet, its exactly same situation, where toilet is big enough to have a w/machine and enough leg space for sitting on the toilet. After reading that I think its ok to go ahead.
