Socket Near Sink - How Close Allowed

Is there a reg on the distance between kitchen sink and a outlet?

No,not in bs7671...there is guidance in the building regs tho'...off the top of my head I think it's 300mm min.

Not a reg as such but in the electricians guide to the building regs, a minimum distance of 300mm from the edge of the sink is reccomended.

Bang on lenny.....I didnt edit the distance in my post from 150mm to 300mm....honest!
