what code would i give on PIR for skt oulets in commerical property with no rcd protection?
all skts Zs are under max values and only intended for staff:confused:

If they're under the supervision of a skilled or instructed person such as a handyman (not just anyone who happens to work there) then they're fine.
If not then they're just not to the current regs, code 4.

As long as they do not supply equipment outdoors. 411.3.3 (ii), there is no exception to this rule and it also appeared in the 16th ed a code 2 if this situation exists IMO.

No code unless they are used for mobile equipment outdoors, or intended for general use by ordinary persons
EAWR requires that workers meet the definitions of skilled or instructed persons when using socket-outlets for work.
