Is it still ok to mount sockets on skirting boards , I know the regs state 450mm off the floor, if customer says they don't want them that high in there home , is it ok to go with the height that
they want them at , cable is to be surface mounted in trunking . Its to be a new radial circuit in flat , lady doesn't want the floors and wants sockets as low as possible . Is it with new builds that the regs are 450mm .
 
Make sure there is enough room for the cable coming out of the plug to still have a nice bend and not jam into the floor.
can't have your jam going into the floor. apart from making a mess, your butty willl be just butter.
