Discuss Software To Show Yearly Output Graph in the Solar PV Forum | Solar Panels Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

FIT-PV

Is there a software/tool available to show the monthly output of a typical PV System. e.g. Bar chart to show what you can expect to generate from Jan through to December. - Free software would be good but open to suggestions.

Use pvgis to get estimated monthly figures for given location, array size. Copy & paste them into excel and use it's graph facility?

For example:

Solar radiation database used: PVGIS-CMSAF

Nominal power of the PV system: 3.8 kW (crystalline silicon)
Estimated losses due to temperature: 7.5% (using local ambient temperature)
Estimated loss due to angular reflectance effects: 2.9%
Other losses (cables, inverter etc.): 8.0%
Combined PV system losses: 17.3%

Fixed system: inclination=35°, orientation=0°
