Can anyone recommend any decent solar panels ideal for Renusol Console+?

Ideally the solar pv panels will be monocrystalline, Vmp panel voltages >45V, panel efficiencies > 15%, a low temperature coefficient -0.37 to -0.42 and cost <£200 per panel.

Any ideas?
