Reading the two rules below; Can EMT be used in vaults?

1. Rigid steel conduit shall be used in all locations where run is exposed in

exterior locations or interior locations within eight feet of the floor level unless otherwise indicated.

2. EMT may be used above suspended ceilings, within gyp-board or plaster

walls, and where indicated to be exposed in interior locations higher than

eight feet above floor level and where exposed within electrical vaults.

Trees according to article 358 it is approved for both exposed or concealed, and all wet locations so yes it can be used in a vault
