I am currently replacing a fuse board under part p and am carrying out the testing to all of the circuits at the moment and one of the rings there are two spurs one goes out to a pond control panel the other to outside lighting about 10 lights in total what tests do i need to carry out on this equipment or on this ring

cheers

if both spurs come off seperate sockets and the loads are correctly fused down you need to mesure r1+r2 and eli at all points and record highest
however spur off spur is not allowed and any fused spurs should have correct size fuses.
also there should be some rcd times (17th ed)

why are you replacing fuse board if you dont know what tests to do were you not assessed under partp to prove competant
