Has anybody used a crimper which gives a square crimper it has a circular head with 4 edges that crimp any size ferrule automatically red and blue handle, looked a very tidy job and i was wondering price and if they're any good

No the crimp came out square, the vendor was doing .75,1.5 and 6 sq with it ,it looks about the same size as an ordinary ratchet crimper

Found the crimper a "Rennsteig" but it cost a nice bit so i think I'll stick with my Haupa unless i find an equivalent cheaper brand i.e under 50 thanks though for replying

Normally if it's an uninsulated ferrule in a normal electrical application we'd use an indent type crimper. Is this for a special application, what type of wiring would you use a square crimper on?

it wasn't a special application just that the terminals we were connecting into were tight and these crimps fit perfectly ,but vendor also said that all of his work in the factory is thermal imaged and he reckons these are a better crimp , I don't know i just thought that they were quite a tidy crimp
