And so it begins.
Called to an elderly couple. Stair lift and bed hoist not working properly. The old lady is bed ridden.
Simple solution....there had been a power cut and just needed resetting. BUT thought i would have a look at the installation.
2.5mm radials spurred off the nearest socket...wheres the 4mm?
Both connected up wrong at the sockets!!! No certs!!! Completed 10 days ago. Quote, "They were very nice men"
