Yes, 1 sec exposure 4 flash bursts. I spun the coin waited until the spin was nearly over.

Thanks Canon 580ex11 I had it up to five per sec it might go higher, I'm not 100% sure.

Excellent flash, I have the 430EX11, I'm not sure mine does this, I'll have a look when I get home.
