Sorry all but why RCD at the local db? why not RCD at the CU and MCBs at local db. Thinking cable protection, is this so an RCD trip is local rather than remote.
 
I’m going to be pedantic here....

Cable goes through ceiling void, then underground.

Low ceiling or very high ground outside??
Is there a vertical part of that route that hasn’t been measured?


What my esteemed colleagues are getting at, is that this job is notifiable to local council under Part P building regs. Unless you live in Scotland, where we can get away with it.

When did this become a domestic installation? The OP hasn't mentioned what type of installation it is, but it does sound a bit like a school.

Because you end up with the whole portacabin on one rcd, so the whole thing goes off if it trips.
There is unlikely to be any need for the submain to be RCD protected.
