Discuss Surface mout sockets in the Australia area at ElectriciansForums.net

i believe they still do a 38mm surface patt' ive used them in past just google the size im sure youll come up trumps

Yes they do Tony we use them for cooker switches and show pull switches if im not mistaken they are available in 25mm 38mm and 45mm

Only thing with em though is they only really need a tap to have em off the wall.....the backs on em arn`t up to much. We keep coming across these in renteds that have been belted off the wall due to furniture legs catching em etc.....

wouldnt it look neater with a wee off cut of Dado trunking along above top of desk?? Altho your Idea looks a crackin solution for the problem

Well it would be just like the "global warming climate change" club to start moaning about the christmas lights when they go up. Wonder what the bbc will be calling em this year? "season lights" maybe....or "lights 1 and lights 2"...?.........

Christmas, Bah Humbug! Now Boxing Day is my birthday so it’s going to be PARTY TIME.

That aside I’d not thought of dado trunking, but for what I want it would end up to wide for me to hide behind the computers / sound system. I’ve not been in to an electrical wholesalers for years so to be honest I really don’t know what’s available now.

I really do need a WiFi CU I detest cables on show! There’s only so much you can hide behind these.
