But the MCS cert is for Bb or Bc modules.

I wondered about the online monitoring, no structural survey that I can see I suppose that's a bit of a saving if you're willing to take the risk - also think it's maybe not such a good idea to have the link

It can be achieved, but depends on size of business and overheads. I have priced it using a well known supplier and it works, beats rewires. But its tight. no room for error or new mains
