Not sure which this is, leaning towards timeswitch but whose is it? It's fed off its own meter and switches a contactor in the enclosure to the left, which in turn feeds a CU that once housed storage heater MCBs.

I'm fairly sure it's the suppliers responsibility.

At the moment the contactor is making a loud buzzing noise and is warm, not hot, to touch.

Phones supplier and i may as well been speaking swahili, they tell me to call the DNO, they say it aint ours phone supplier.

Lets go round again.......

Interesting, it's on it's own meter direct of the meter, via a couple of henlys, feeding an old E7 board for storage heaters.

I'm aware this is not DNO but thought it belonged to the supply company, billing company so should be maintained by them.
