Discuss Temperature exponent for series resistance in solar cell model in MATLAB/SIMULINK in the Solar PV Forum | Solar Panels Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net
I want to use the solar cell element in SIMULINK but there is a problem. I cannot put my temperature coeeficient for voltage which affects the series resistance in solar cell.
In the link below, the parameters of the solar cell which have been used in SIMULINK element are available.
How the two exponent coefficients for series and shunt resistance (TRS1 and TRP1) can be calculated or measured. I don't know how to get these data from my solar cell.
Is there any relation between temperature coefficient voltage and temperature exponent for series resistance?
Welcome to the forum ... i think this is a little over the head of most on here but if you get a positive reply ill be impressed... think this is more suited to Electronics/Electrical Engineering and if you dont find your answer here try this link and choose your suited section
like most solar energy technology, it's like the sun--way above my head.
