Been sent a pack of plans and some sort of spec if u can even call it that asking me to tender a community centre for the council but i havent got a clue where to begin and to be honest the pack they've sent me is too vague to be of any use anyhow how does everyone else go about dealing with these sort of scenarios. What sort of things do i include health and safety policy etc lol any help?? :)

With it being a council job i find it strange that the spec is not up to much, alas, we have A4 sheets for materials and labour times are put together for each job, and then contingencies as in as fitted drawings , testing , etc all added on, not a quick procedure but works for us, we being a little old fashioned in this respect, but there is software that also does all this as well.

tbh its a joke ill phone em tuesday but ill put a pic on of what theyve sent me
