Testing a computer's power supply with a multimeter

I need to know whether or not the specifications of this multimeter (scroll down till you see the specs): http://www.drapertools.com/products/manuals/60792ins.pdf

Meet these requirements:

yes - when it is on the millivolt range. 10 mV = 0.01 V

You can buy Computer power supplies for about £7 these days, surely its not worth the expence testing one, just replace it.
