Morning All

When testing end to end resistance of r1, r2 and rn. Is there a number you can multiply the r1 reading to check that the r2 reading is ok? For some reason I seem to remember you can.

also, when tails enter a metal enclosure, they should enter through the same knockout/entry point. What code would you give a board where the live and neutral tails enter seperatley? or does it not matter when the enclosure is earthed?
Many Thanks.

I've found the answer to my first question.... 1.67 (if 1.5mm) (page 36 Guidence note 3)
But what is the multiplyer if the CPC is 1.0mm?

it's a ratio. 2.5/1.5 = 1.67, so 2.5/1= 2.5.
